Questions people ask
Who pays for an affiliated client?
Its GEN Health platform charges bill to your account. It has its own patients, its own payment processor and its own OnlyScripts pharmacy card, set by its admins.
Can each brand have its own API keys, webhooks and branding?
Yes. Each affiliated client is its own account; its Client Admin sets up Settings, including Developers and Branding.
Can I use this for a second clinic location?
Yes. Client accounts don't have locations, so an affiliated client is how you split one off.
How do I move an affiliated client to another provider network?
Open it, then Configuration → Primary provider network.
Can an affiliated client use the Affiliate model or have its own affiliated clients?
No. Affiliated clients are Review Only or Review + Prescribe, and only one level deep.
